An ideation workshop

As part of a collaboration between Audencia Business School, Onepoint and La Cité Nantes Congress Centre, and taking the role of project leader together with two class mates, we organized a workshop with 25 students and 5 stakeholders of the project to design solutions to the question:
What tools can be used to raise awareness among event-organizers stakeholders and move towards greater eco-responsibility in the events carried out by La Cité Nantes Congress Centre?

Ideation workshop
The workshop was divided into two parts: the first one consisted of filling one persona per team, and clarifying the process of the organisation of an event depending on the specific requirements of the persona.
The second part consisted of brainstorming ideas for different moments of the process of an event to later develop them further and present them to the client.
